Bhavna Mehta, ERYT-500, AHC Bhavna is a National Ayurvedic Medical Association Certified Health Counselor (AHC). Ayurveda is an ancient medical science which has a holistic approach in its treatment. Health is not only physical but mental and emotional well-being. This can be achieved through the treatment of root causes. She uses her knowledge to support her clients’ ability to heal. Bhavna has studied yoga in India and USA. She has been sharing her experience in both Ayurveda and Yoga with her students for nearly 18 years. Her teaching reflects the great living tradition of the Himalayan Institute. She has taught many workshops, seminars, and classes on yoga philosophy, asana practice, meditation, Ayurvedic lifestyle, nutrition, and healthy cooking.
Location: Indian Community Center (ICC) Carnegie Time for all sessions: 10:00 am – 12:00 noon
Yoga Sessions Sunday - February 16, February 23, March 1, March 8, 2020
$10 per session for non members – All sessions are free for members.
Light Lunch will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing if planning to attend. These classes will offer attendee participation.
